1. Refund Policy Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital design, web development, custom software engineering, e-commerce creation, and SEO optimization services provided by WebCraftify Agency ("Agency", "we", "us", or "our"), headquartered in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

WebCraftify is committed to delivering premium, high-converting, responsive websites. We maintain clear billing terms so that clients understand how payments, resource commitments, and project cancellations are managed.

2. Mandatory 70% Advance Non-Refundable Policy

Before WebCraftify begins work on any website project, a mandatory 70% advance payment is required:

• Strictly Non-Refundable: The 70% advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once project work has started.
• Resource & Time Allocation: The 70% advance payment immediately funds non-recoverable agency operational expenses, including project architecture planning, UI/UX design prototyping, senior developer time, server staging configuration, and domain/SSL procurement.
• Work Commencement Guarantee: Project design, research, and technical coding begin ONLY after the 70% advance payment has been confirmed in our financial accounts.

3. Custom Website Development Nature

Unlike off-the-shelf digital products or physical goods, website development involves bespoke craftsmanship tailored specifically to your business identity, target audience, and functional specifications.

Because completed labor, visual design hours, and code engineering cannot be "returned" or reused for another entity, payments made to WebCraftify are general non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Client Project Cancellation Terms

If a client elects to cancel or terminate a project after work has commenced:

• The mandatory 70% advance payment will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
• All staging access, temporary previews, and agency development links associated with the project will be terminated immediately upon cancellation.
• WebCraftify retains full rights and ownership over all preliminary designs, mockups, wireframes, and unreleased source code created prior to cancellation.

5. Work Completed Beyond Advance Payment Value

In scenarios where a project is cancelled at an advanced stage (e.g., 90% completion) where completed developer time and technical labor exceed the 70% advance payment value:

The client may be required to pay an additional fee proportional to the completed work beyond the 70% advance before any partial project assets, graphics, or content files are delivered.

6. Final 30% Payment & Credentials Handover

To safeguard agency property and software ownership:

• The remaining 30% final project payment must be paid in full prior to website delivery or launching the website live on public hosting servers.
• Final source files, administrative credentials, domain DNS linking, and database ownership will be handed over to the client ONLY after receiving 100% full account settlement.
• No partial release of source code or server login credentials will be granted under any partial payment arrangement.

7. Delivery Timelines & Client Delay Impact

WebCraftify establishes clear delivery schedules (typically 2 to 5 business days for standard projects). However:

Project delivery schedules depend entirely on the client providing required content, logos, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late text, delayed approvals, unresponsive communication) will extend the project timeline accordingly and do not constitute valid grounds for refund requests or project cancellation claims.
